Are you interested in learning more about how to work behind the scenes at festivals? Would you like to understand the basics of setting up a PA and mics? In this session you will gain an insight into all these and more. The session will be held in the informal and friendly setting of Darlington Forum Music Centre’s recording and rehearsal studios.
What you’ll get out of it:
- Go through the basics of setting up a simple PA system with The Forum Music Centre’s Technical Manager Phil Wilson. Learn about different microphones, cables, connectors. Touch on a little of the science of sound.
This is a practical hands-on workshop, and no experience is necessary.
